Last week, I learned more about how to drink gin sans tonic (stay tuned). Meanwhile, since it’s Friday and all, here are some of my favorite new cocktails.

Bartender and brand ambassador Dan Warner serves up a tart Royal Punch.

Lapsang Martinez: Beefeater 24, Lillet Rouge, Lapsang Souchong tea syrup.

Bloodhound: Beefeater gin, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, maraschino liqueur, muddled strawberries.

White Cargo: Beefeater gin, vanilla ice cream, Lillet.

English Breakfast Cocktail: Beefeater 24 infused with English Breakfast Tea, lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg white, marmalade.

Earl of Clover: Beefeater 24, lemon juice, Earl Grey & raspberry syrup, egg white.
