Sometimes, a girl needs a raw food break after too many vacation french fries.
After several samples, I found a fry-free lunch: salmon pate sandwich on a marvelously nutty Bavarian sunflower bread, served with a small side salad.
Ingredients, straight from the label:
- Sprouted ryeberries
- Sunflower seeds
- Butternut squash
- Sweet potato
- Coconut vinegar
- Fresh herbs and spices
- HSS & EVOO
Although no ketchup was involved, napkins were required.
