The Craigie on Main burger
It was supremely difficult to film Tony Maws making the Craigie on Main burger without drooling on my camera. In fact, this shoot was the only time I’ve ever slipped and nearly slid, at the very beginning, when perched atop the counter filming all of the different chunks of meat in front of the meat grinder – the very shot in the video’s preview. What can I say, it was foreshadowing for good flavor, full steam ahead.
At any rate, the next time I’m in Boston, I’m going for it.
